Mayor Mick's housing, Common Grounds, a subsidized housing project at the NE corner of Red Mountain Rd and Lone Pine Rd, is currently known to have the second-lowest HOA (Homeowner's Association) reserves account of all APCHA (housing authority) properties -- second only to the HOA where the APCHA director lives!  (How's THAT for leadership!?)  Source: Housing Frontiers Group's ongoing study.
